DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
RussianSins (russiansins.com) respects copyright and follows the rules of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since we only embed videos hosted by third parties, removing a listing on our site means the listing is gone, but the video stays with its original host. You should also contact the host if you want the video removed.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your takedown notice to our Copyright Agent using the contact page at contact page. Your notice must include:
- The URL of each listing on russiansins.com you want removed
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after you send a notice
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listing. If your notice is missing information, we’ll ask you to provide it. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright will be removed from the site. If you believe a listing was removed wrongly, you can send a counter-notice under § 512(g) through the same contact page.
